Description:
We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. As our receptionist, you will greet guests, manage incoming calls, and support daily administrative tasks.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain the reception area and keep it tidy and presentable
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and office supply inventory
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Professional attitude and appearance
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
