Description:
DAC is looking for a professional, proactive, and presentable Receptionist to join their team at the Bahria Town office. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing a variety of front desk responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and experience in handling administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate team members.
Manage appointment schedules and visitor logs.
Support the admin and HR teams with various tasks.
Keep the reception area organized and professional at all times.
Oversee attendance records and front desk operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.Com or equivalent).
1–2 years of front desk experience (experience in the real estate industry is a plus).
Fluency in English and Urdu.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Professional appearance and communication skills.
