Description:

DAC is looking for a professional, proactive, and presentable Receptionist to join their team at the Bahria Town office. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing a variety of front desk responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and experience in handling administrative tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment within the real estate and architectural development industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and guests in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate team members.

  • Manage appointment schedules and visitor logs.

  • Support the admin and HR teams with various tasks.

  • Keep the reception area organized and professional at all times.

  • Oversee attendance records and front desk operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.Com or equivalent).

  • 1–2 years of front desk experience (experience in the real estate industry is a plus).

  • Fluency in English and Urdu.

  • Proficiency in MS Office.

  • Professional appearance and communication skills.
