Description:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
➤ Greet visitors warmly, ascertain their purpose of visit, and direct them accordingly.
➤ Address visitor concerns and escalate issues to appropriate departments or personnel as needed.
➤ Manage incoming calls (PABX system), provide information about the organization, its services, and transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
► Maintain attendance and leave records (utilizing MS Word and Excel).
➤ Sort, record, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
➤ Manage and cross-check all utilities bills and forward them to the concerned department (utilizing MS Excel).
➤ Manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing responsibilities.
➤ Communicate effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
➤ Occasionally drive executives for meetings (company pool car)
REQUIREMENTS
➤ Graduate: A university degree is required.
➤ 3+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in a similar role for at least 3 years.
