Description:
· Works closely with mangining director, group sales and marketing director to set up strategy for sales and marketing function of the project with overall objectives, allocated budgets and sales policies.
· Should have strong understating of CRM
· Understand the competitive landscape and market trends
· Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees. As well as counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results
· Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
· Forecasts department budget in conjunction with the organization budget and secure subsequent approvals, track expense and ensure adherence
· Design and implement a strategic business plan that expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in market.
· Assist in setting promotions of sales in order to reaching the targets.
· Responsible for maintaining relationship with repeating clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals, is the main objective.
· Understanding of how a business achieve objectives and goals to drive sales. Must think strategically, understanding the real estate industry and have a manager mindset.
