BizBackerz is expanding! We are looking for aggressive and experienced Cold Callers to join our team and manage campaigns for major US-based real estate clients.
This is not a customer support role. We need "hunters" who are comfortable dialing high volumes, handling objections, and converting cold leads into warm appointments. You will be calling Expired Listings and Wholesale/Distressed Sellers (As-Is properties).
Responsibilities
- High-Volume Dialing: Make 300+ calls per day using Mojo Dialer and other dialers.
- Campaign Management: Handle two primary workflows:
- Expired Leads: Calling homeowners whose listings failed to sell and pitching agent services.
- Wholesale/As-Is: Calling huge lists (60,000+ records) to find off-market deals and distressed sellers.
- Lead Qualification: Pre-qualify sellers based on Condition, Timeline, Motivation, and Price (CTMP).
- CRM Management: Update lead statuses accurately and ensure no lead is left behind.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in US Real Estate Cold Calling (Wholesale or Agent outreach preferred).
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with Mojo Dialer is a massive plus.
- Communication: Excellent English with a neutral or near-native accent. You must be able to sound local and build rapport quickly.
- Resilience: Thick skin is required. You will be calling expired listings and cold lists—rejection handling is part of the job.
- Tech Savvy: Reliable internet connection, noise-canceling headset, and a quiet workspace are non-negotiable.
