* Lead research and development activities for innovative food products and process improvements.
* Develop and implement product formulations in compliance with food safety and quality standards.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging industry trends and opportunities.
* Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and marketing teams for successful product launches.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, HACCP, and international food safety standards.
* Optimize product quality, shelf life, taste, and cost efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.
* Manage laboratory trials, sensory evaluations, and technical documentation for R&D projects.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬::
* 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: M.Phil. in Food Science
* 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 8–10 Years of relevant experience in the Food Industry
