Position: Research & Development (R&D) Executive
📍 Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal 13-D, Karachi

About the Role:
Car District Global is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven R&D Executive (preferably female) with proven expertise in product research, innovation, and development across perishable and non-perishable categories. FMCG/MNC experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product research, formulation, and development initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor offerings.
- Coordinate with Quality, Production, Marketing & Supply Chain teams.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare technical reports, product documentation, and research insights.
- Drive cost optimization and product improvement without compromising quality.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- 2–3 years of relevant R&D experience, with both perishable & non-perishable product categories preferably in FMCG/MNC.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Sound knowledge of export policies.
