Description:

CareGenix Solutions is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented RCM Specialist to join our Karachi office and become a vital part of our revenue management team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience managing healthcare revenue cycle operations, ensuring accurate billing, coding, claims submission, and collections.

You will work in alignment with the US time zone from 6 PM to 3 AM (Monday to Friday), providing critical support to the US healthcare providers our company serves. Your responsibilities will involve managing the full cycle of patient billing and payment processing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and optimizing reimbursement processes to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end revenue cycle including patient registration, insurance verification, claims submission, payment posting, and denial management

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and billing standards relevant to the US market

• Review and analyze billing data to identify discrepancies and resolve claim denials efficiently

• Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and internal teams to streamline processes

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records while meeting deadlines and service-level agreements

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience as an RCM Specialist or in a related role within healthcare revenue cycle management

• Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding standards, and healthcare reimbursement processes

• Familiarity with US healthcare billing systems, CPT, ICD-10 coding, and insurance claims processes

• Ability to work the US time zone shift (6 PM – 3 AM) Monday to Friday

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
