  10+ years in US Healthcare Billing & RCM across multi-specialties.

  Reporting & Analytics Master: Exceptional executive reporting skills to analyze performance, track financial metrics, and deliver actionable insights to leadership and clients.

  Tech-Savvy Leader: Advanced proficiency in medical billing software, automated workflows, tech integrations, and MS Excel.

  Deep knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding, HIPAA, CMS, Medicare, Medicaid & commercial payers.

  Strong leadership skills to mentor teams and manage client escalations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  Lead end-to-end RCM: claims, payment posting, denial management, and AR follow-ups.

  Build and deliver comprehensive daily/weekly/monthly operational and financial reports.

  Leverage technology to automate manual processes and optimize billing efficiency.
