Description:
Cyber System Private Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven Billing Manager to lead and oversee multiple healthcare billing operations. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of hands-on experience managing various healthcare billing specialties, including Medical Billing, Laboratory Billing, Dental Billing, DME Billing, Physician Billing, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations across multiple healthcare billing specialties.

- Supervise and mentor teams handling Medical Billing, Laboratory Billing, Dental Billing, DME Billing, and Physician Billing.

- Oversee claims submission, payment posting, denial management, appeals, Accounts Receivable (AR), and collections.

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, improve cash flow, and reduce claim denials.

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS regulations, insurance payer guidelines, and industry best practices.

- Monitor team productivity, quality, KPIs, and client SLAs to ensure operational excellence.

- Train, mentor, and evaluate Team Leads and Billing Executives.

- Collaborate with clients to resolve escalated billing issues and maintain strong client relationships.

- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement efficient billing workflows.

- Prepare operational and performance reports for senior management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in US Healthcare Billing.

- Proven experience managing multiple healthcare billing departments and large operational teams.
