The RCM Assistant Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore, responsible for supporting and guiding a revenue cycle management team handling US-based medical practices. This position oversees daily RCM operations such as charge entry, payment posting, claims submission, denial management, and account follow-up to ensure accuracy and timeliness. The role includes monitoring performance metrics, assisting in workload allocation, and providing coaching and support to team members to meet service level and quality targets. The RCM Assistant Team Lead collaborates with senior leadership to implement process improvements, resolve complex billing or insurance issues, and maintain compliance with relevant policies and payer requirements. Regular communication with internal stakeholders, documentation of procedures, and participation in training initiatives are key aspects of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of revenue cycle management processes, including medical billing, claims processing, denial management, and AR follow-up.
• Experience supervising or coordinating a team, with skills in workload distribution, performance monitoring, and staff coaching.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in financial and clinical data handling.
• Proficiency with healthcare practice management or billing software and basic MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and explain complex RCM issues clearly.
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, US healthcare-focused environment.
• Prior experience in US healthcare RCM or medical billing processes; knowledge of insurance payers, CPT/ICD codes, and compliance guidelines is an advantage.
• Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.
