Quantity Surveyor

Description:

The Civil and ID Quantity Surveyor is responsible for cost estimation, quantity take-offs, budgeting, and commercial control for civil and interior fit-out works, ensuring effective cost planning, billing, and contract administration from tender stage to final accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and quantity take-offs for civil and ID fit-out works.

Develop rate analysis for materials, labor, and specialized finishes.

Prepare and verify IPCs, running bills, variations, and final accounts.

Support tendering, procurement, and subcontractor evaluations.

Coordinate with design, ID, MEP, site, and procurement teams.

Monitor costs, assess design changes, and prepare monthly cost reports.

Ensure compliance with contract requirements and maintain commercial records.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.

5 to 8 years of experience in civil and interior fit-out projects.

Experience in commercial, residential, or hospitality projects preferred.
