Quantity Surveyor

Description:

Ø Preparing baseline bills of Quantity reports from Engineering Drawings
Ø Prepare comparison reports for initial bills of quantities and Actual Quantities
Ø Prepare cost estimates and preparation of pricing documents such as for post award changes, variation, and additional work.
Ø Identify new/additional Billing Quantities compared to existing schedule of rates.
Ø Provide input for finance department for monthly and quarterly revenue recognitions.
Ø Preparation of Bill of Quantities.
Ø Calculation of MEP Quantities
Ø Reconciliation of steel, cement & Blocks
Key Skills/Key Accountabilities
Ø Contractual Knowledge, application & Implementation
Ø Development and understand of BOQ.
Ø Verify IPCs as per site. Technical specification and verification of IPCs process
Ø B.B.S preparation and verification on site and preparation of engineer estimate and rate analyses, must have understanding of VOs.
Ø Evaluate contractor’s quotation/bid.
Ø Preparation of BOQs for Tender Process
Ø Auto Cad, MS Excel, MS Word (BOQ related software would be considered as advantage.
