Élan Facon (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a Quality Manager to join our Quality Assurance team.
Position: Quality Manager.
Department: Quality Assurance.
Location: Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
Experience: 5–8 Years.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage quality assurance across Bridal, Stitched, and Unstitched product categories.
Develop, implement, and monitor quality standards and SOPs throughout the production process.
Conduct inspections and quality audits from fabric to final finished garments.
Coordinate with Design, Product Development, Production, and Merchandising teams to resolve quality issues.
Analyze quality data, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Train and mentor QA teams to ensure consistent quality standards.
Ensure all products meet company specifications, customer expectations, and delivery requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
