Quality Management System (qms) Specialist

Description:

A leading Saudi-based Digital Solutions provider is looking for a Quality Management System (QMS) Specialist to join their Lahore-based team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the company’s management system aligns with ISO standards, reviewing policies and SOPs, identifying process gaps, and recommending best-practice improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure SOPs, policies, and templates are structured per company and ISO standards.
• Maintain and improve the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
• Review company policies, SOPs, and manuals to identify gaps and recommend best practices.
• Develop process flows for SOPs and standardize company templates/forms.
• Update and manage the QMS tracker, ensuring document alignment with ISO 9001:2015.
• Organize meetings with process owners and stakeholders as required.
• Communicate QMS updates to employees.
• Generate reports and maintain a reporting dashboard.
• Perform other related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

✅ Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management or a relevant field.
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
✅ Strong knowledge of ISO Standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
✅ Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001.
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & Visio.
✅ Experience with BPMN & EPC diagram tools.
✅ Strong knowledge of business process modeling.
✅ Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
