Quality Improvement Analyst

Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Quality Improvement Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will monitor performance indicators, analyze workflow processes, identify areas of improvement, and support the implementation of quality initiatives across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that enhance efficiency, service delivery, and overall organizational performance. Must Haves:

* Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, or related field preferred.

* Prior experience in care management, quality improvement, or healthcare operations.

* Familiarity with population health tools (e.g., Azara DRVS) and electronic health records (EHR).

* You must have ECW knowledge at least 2 to 3 years.
