Position: Manager – Quality Control

Company: Aspin Pharma Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Qualification: Pharm-D / MSc or MS Chemistry

Experience: Minimum 10 years in pharmaceutical QC operations with proven managerial and leadership capabilities

Major Accountabilities:
◉ Oversee QC operations for finished products, stability, raw & packaging materials, and microbiology in compliance with GLP/GMP.
◉ Review, approve, and sign Certificates of Analysis, ensuring regulatory compliance.
◉ Ensure data integrity across QC operations; investigate Out-of-Specification (OOS) results.
◉ Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), including SOPs, Change Control, CAPA, Deviations, Internal Audits, and Risk Management.
◉ Monitor QC workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams on quality concerns.
◉ Train and retrain analysts to ensure competency and cGMP compliance.
◉ Support inspections, resolve quality issues, and complete required documentation.
◉ Lead process validation and support water/HVAC system validation.
◉ Maintain validation status of analytical methods and ensure data integrity across all lab systems and records.
◉ Support EHS objectives within the QC department.

◉ Extensive understanding of GLP, GMP, and regulatory requirements
