Quality Control Manager

Description:

We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER to lead our quality control efforts in the dyeing and finishing department. The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for managing a team of quality inspectors, implementing quality control processes, and ensuring that our products meet customer specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in textile science and will be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

EXPERIENCE:

5+ years of experience in Quality control operations, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role

Strong knowledge of dyeing processes and equipment, finishing processes and equipment and knitting knowledge

Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in textile science, chemistry, or a related field.

LOCATION:

SITE Industrial Area, Karachi

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage a team of Quality control operators and ensure that they are following established procedures and producing high-quality products.

· Develop and implement quality control processes for all dyeing and finishing operations.

· Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

· Collaborate with other departments, such as production and sales, to ensure that products meet customer specifications.

· Maintain records and prepare reports on quality metrics.

· Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technologies and share knowledge with team members and colleagues.
