Steps Ahead is hiring for the role of QC Assistant to support quality control operations during the night shift at their SITE Warehouse facility in Karachi. Working hours are from midnight (12 AM) to 8 AM, providing an opportunity for candidates comfortable with night shifts.

The QC Assistant will be primarily responsible for ensuring the accuracy of stock-keeping units (SKU) and counts during dispatch, implementing effective loading patterns to reduce product damage and loss, and performing rigorous quality and quantity inspections to ensure a top-tier customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely dispatch of orders with 100% SKU and quantity accuracy.

• Apply effective loading and packaging patterns to minimize damage and loss during transport.

• Conduct thorough quality and quantity checks before dispatch to uphold customer satisfaction standards.

• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations during the night shift.
