Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Spantronics Rawalpindi location. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for conducting quality control and quality assurance checks, managing quality processes, conducting quality audits.

Campaigns: FE/ACA/Medicare/Solar.

Monitor and assess the quality of work executed by Sales Associate through real-time monitoring and

the utilization of call recording systems and other applications.

 Identify areas for training improvement and communicate these requirements to the training

department as necessary.

 Furnish constructive feedback to call center team leaders and managers.

 Collaborate closely with the QA Manager to proactively anticipate training necessities, client

specifications, and the seamless commencement of plans.

 Keep track of employee performance to discern patterns and ensure alignment with sales and

performance objectives.

 Ensure call center staff furnish comprehensive and accurate information to callers.

 Offer guidance to telemarketers by actively supervising calls and conducting regular help

sessions on a daily and weekly basis.

 Lead quality enhancement initiatives by enforcing compliance with quality assurance policies

and procedures, formulating novel models, and executing necessary modifications. Proficient in attentive listening and adept at solving problems effectively.

Requirements:

 Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with strong presentation

abilities.

 Previous experience in an Outbound Call Center role is a prerequisite.

 Prior experience as a Quality Assurance Executive is mandatory.

 Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities with a high attention to detail and

professionalism.

 Exceptional mastery of MS-Excel, including skills in statistical analysis, creating graphs, and

utilizing VLOOKUP.

 Exemplary interpersonal communication skills, fostering effective verbal and written

interactions.

 Exceptional listening and analytical skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
