Quality Assurance Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced "Quality Assurance Manager" to lead and manage Quality control operations within our home textiles division. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in stitching techniques and quality assurance processes, specifically within the home textiles industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor quality assurance procedures across all stitching lines.
Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for stitching and quality control.
Identify defects, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with production planning and design teams to ensure timely and accurate order execution.
Supervise and manage stitching operations to ensure high quality and production efficiency.
Maintain detailed records of quality checks, audits, and compliance with customer specifications.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and labor standards on the production floor.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and minimize waste.

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in stitching and quality assurance within the home textiles industry.
Strong technical knowledge of stitching machines, fabrics, and construction techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Working knowledge of ISO standards and textile compliance regulations is a plus.
