🔍 Key Responsibilities:
* Lead quality assurance operations across multiple vendors and production units
* Conduct inline, midline, and final inspections to ensure compliance with buyer specifications
* Collaborate with international clients to understand quality expectations and deliver accordingly
* Approve pre-production samples, pilot runs, and cutting permissions
* Monitor production processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to AQL standards
* Train and supervise QA teams across factories to maintain uniform quality standards
* Analyze inspection reports, identify root causes of defects, and implement corrective actions
* Ensure timely execution of fittings, sample approvals, and production audits

🎯 Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or related field
* 6–10 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably with international textile brands
* Familiarity with buyer manuals, compliance audits, and global quality benchmarks
* Excellent communication and reporting skills
* Willingness to travel to vendor locations for inspections and audits
