Quality Assurance Lead

Description:

We are looking for QA Lead having 2-3 years of Experience.As a Quality Assurance Lead (QA Lead / QL) you will be responsible for leading the Software Quality (SQ) Engineering team to ensure that all products are thoroughly tested and meet the highest quality standards before release.

The QL oversees the planning and execution of test cycles, ensures the completeness and accuracy of test cases, and maintains accountability for the overall quality of deliverables.

Location: G8/1, Islamabad

Key Responsibilities:

• QA Team Leadership

Lead, guide, and support the Software Quality Engineers to ensure proper execution of testing activities and adherence to project timelines.

• Test Planning & Execution

Ensure comprehensive and well-structured test cases and test plans are prepared based on project requirements. Oversee and monitor the execution of all test cycles.

• Quality Oversight

Review the work of testers to ensure completeness, correctness, and effectiveness of test coverage. Validate that testing thoroughly covers all use cases, edge cases, and business logic.

• Defect Verification & Follow-Up

Ensure accurate defect reporting and tracking. Work with developers and other stakeholders to verify fixes and retest issues before closure.

• Continuous Quality Monitoring

Monitor testing progress, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and take corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards throughout the development cycle.

• Collaboration

Work closely with Project Managers, Technical Leads, and Product Owners to align on quality goals, testing scope, and release readiness.

• Process Improvement

Continuously improve QA practices, templates, and checklists to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and repeatability of testing activities.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or Computer Engineering from a reputable university with a strong academic background.
