Description:

We are looking for a diligent Quality Assurance Executive to monitor and evaluate sales calls made by our sales representatives to prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a thorough understanding of sales processes and best practices. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our sales team by ensuring that all interactions with clients meet our quality standards and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate sales calls made by sales representatives to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Review sales scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and effectiveness in communication with clients.
  • Assess the quality of sales calls based on predefined criteria, including professionalism, accuracy, adherence to regulatory requirements, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to sales representatives to help them improve their sales techniques, communication skills, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Identify training needs and opportunities for process improvements based on analysis of sales call data and performance trends.
  • Collaborate with sales managers and team leaders to develop and implement strategies for improving sales call quality and effectiveness.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales call quality, including call completion rates, conversion rates, and customer feedback scores.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales call quality performance, trends, and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to sales call quality assurance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent listening and analytical skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement in sales calls.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in evaluating sales call quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching to sales representatives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Certification in quality assurance or related field (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, Quality Management) is a plus.
