Ability is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance – Sales professional to ensure our sales processes and customer interactions meet the highest quality standards. 💡 What You’ll Do
Monitor and evaluate sales calls, emails, and customer interactions.
Ensure compliance with sales scripts, policies, and quality standards.
Provide feedback and coaching to the sales team for performance improvement.
Prepare quality reports and highlight key improvement areas.
Collaborate with sales managers to implement process enhancements.

✅ What We’re Looking For
Experience in Quality Assurance within a sales environment (call center, telesales, or similar).
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Ability to identify gaps and suggest actionable improvements.
Familiarity with CRM and call monitoring tools is a plus.
Attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.
