Qa/qc Manager

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and review the inspection & Test plans.

· Conduct stage inspections during fabrication, welding, fit up, assembly and hydrotesting.

· Review and conduct WPS and PQR qualifications.

· Witnessing the welder qualification test.

· Responsible for preparation of SOPS and Method statements.

· Deals with consultant and clients to resolve issues during the project execution according to client’s requirements and project specifications.

· Responsible for execution of ASME and NB stamp job and its documents.

· Responsible for ASME Audit for U, U-2, S, R and NB Stamps.

· Responsible for internal and external Audit in line with ISO standards.

· Performing joint inspection with TPI and client at the Site/ Workshop area.

· Monitor and maintain the calibration record of all IMTEs.

· Coordinate with ASME Authorized inspector for ASME stamped job inspection.

· Monitors work performance and quality work and takes corrective action to solve any problem rapidly.

· Perform witnessing of NDE testing and ensure its compliance with appropriate SOPS and codes.

· Monitor and witnessing the hydrostatic test and ensure its compliance as per specification.

· Review the final QA/QC dossier file and submission to the client.
