Description:
Classic Programmers is seeking a highly organized and proactive Q&A Project Manager to lead the development and lifecycle of our knowledge-based Q&A platforms. This role is central to creating a seamless, intuitive, and valuable experience for our users. You will bridge the gap between our technical teams, content creators, and stakeholders to deliver a project that empowers users through community-driven knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Own the end-to-end project management for the Q&A platform, from conception and planning to execution, launch, and iterative improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, marketing, senior leadership) and external clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and set clear, achievable goals.
- Agile Coordination: Manage the project backlog, prioritize features and bug fixes, and lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Team Coordination: Act as the central hub of communication between backend/frontend developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and community moderators to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Content & Community Strategy: Work with content specialists to develop strategies for seeding content, stimulating user engagement, and managing community guidelines.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the testing process to ensure the platform is functional, user-friendly, and bug-free before release. Define and track key success metrics (e.g., user engagement, answer resolution rate, traffic).
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and dependencies early and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Reporting: Provide regular, clear progress reports to all stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and key metrics.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in project management, preferably managing software, web application, or community platform projects.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must be based in Lahore and available to work on-site.
