Qa Engineer

Description:

• Use your analytical and testing skills to turn requirements into test cases
• Write, revise, and own QA test plans
• Log, track and verify resolutions of requirements and software defects
• Derive and produce test estimates
• Help define acceptance criteria and validate new work meets the requirements
• Maintain test data sets
• Write automated test cases or have interest in developing the skills to develop test automation
• Continuously look for holes in test coverage and improve confidence in our test suites
• Work closely with the Development team to help release new features and defect fixes
• Collaborate with the rest of the team defining process, templates and standards to help improve the QA process
• Manually test our software and integrations, as our customers would, to validate positive and negative flows and ensure a pleasant UX experience
• Collaborate with QA Automation Lead to help improve our automated test suites
• Be an active participant in our agile process
• Drive to results
• Proactively identify opportunities and take initiative
• Speak up when you have something to say
