Transsion Tecno Electronics Pvt Limited is seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join its team in Karachi. The ideal candidate should have a BE degree in Electronics or Telecommunication (or an equivalent qualification), along with 2 to 3 years of experience in the quality assurance field, preferably in mobile or electronics manufacturing.

As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for establishing and executing comprehensive quality assurance protocols across the product lifecycle — from incoming material inspections to final product testing. Your duties will include conducting meticulous device testing to uncover hardware or software defects, ensuring design and performance compliance, and coordinating with engineering, design, and production teams to maintain product standards.

In addition, you will perform root cause analysis of defects, propose corrective and preventive actions, and conduct audits and inspections of production facilities. You will also provide hands-on training to production staff on quality practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives to elevate product standards and streamline quality processes.
