Qa & Compliance Assistant Manager

 

Description:

To ensure high-quality service delivery by managing QA frameworks, maintaining compliance standards, monitoring performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement across multiple campaigns.

 

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise QA operations across multiple campaigns

• Familiarity with CRM systems or operational tracking systems

• Ensure compliance with client & regulatory standards

• Conduct audits & implement process improvements

• Manage and mentor QA teams

• Experience in SOP development and process documentation.

 

Requirements :

  • 4–6+ years of experience in QA / Compliance
  • compulsory to have minimum 3 years of experience in senior management role.
  • Strong analytical, reporting & leadership skills
  • Experience with SOPs, dashboards & quality audits
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Excel & reporting tools
