Python Web Developer

Description:

We are looking for a skilled Python Web Developer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience to join our team at Ragzon Solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python web frameworks, primarily Django and Flask, and be experienced in building scalable web applications. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, excellent client communication skills, and experience with Docker for containerized deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain robust web applications using Django and Flask.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features.
• Engage with clients to understand project requirements, manage expectations, and participate in client meetings and interviews.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Implement DevOps best practices, including Docker-based deployment and CI/CD pipelines.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code adhering to industry standards and best practices.

Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience
• Python Web Frameworks: Proficiency in Django and Flask.
• Client Communication: Strong communication skills for managing client calls, meetings, and handling client interviews.
• DevOps: Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Front-End Understanding: Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for integrating back-end code with front-end frameworks.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
