Python Django Developer

Description:

Codefinity Solutions is actively seeking a talented and experienced Python Django Developer to join their dynamic team at their Johar Town, Lahore office. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for backend development, scalable systems, and clean, efficient code.

As a developer, you will work on real-world products and applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement APIs and data layers that power robust digital solutions. You will also be involved in debugging, performance optimization, and client interaction where applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Python and Django.

• Design and implement RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework.

• Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.

• Debug code, resolve issues, and implement performance improvements.

• Collaborate with front-end developers and other stakeholders.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• (Bonus) Utilize tools like Celery and Docker where required.

Requirements:

• 1.5 to 2 years of hands-on experience in Python and Django.

• Strong understanding of API design, databases, and full-cycle product development.

• Knowledge of Celery, PostgreSQL, or Docker will be considered a plus.

• Proficient in problem-solving, debugging, and analytical thinking.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to interact with clients is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (BSCS), Information Technology (BSIT) or equivalent.

Working Hours:

• 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM PKT (Evening Shift)
