Python Developer

 

Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated AI Python Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for strong backend engineers who are passionate about exploring AI technologies and want to grow into the next generation of AI-enabled software development.

 

You will work on real-world products that blend backend engineering, AI model integration, and scalable system design. While deep AI research experience is not required, we expect strong programming fundamentals, curiosity, and the drive to learn fast.

 

Responsibilities

 

Build, maintain, and optimize backend services using Python (primary language).

 

Develop AI-enabled features by integrating external LLMs and AI services (e.g., Gemini, OpenAI, Google ADK), including prompt design and orchestration.

 

Design robust, scalable microservices and backend components.

 

Optimize AI-backed services for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.

 

Collaborate on rapid prototypes and production releases with cross-functional teams.

 

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, including AI-specific validation where applicable.

 

Explore emerging AI technologies and contribute to architecture and integration decisions.

 

Work closely with product, QA, API, and platform/system teams to integrate AI features into new and existing services.

 

Skills

 

Good understanding of LLMs, embeddings, or vector search.

 

Experience using AI APIs such as Gemini, OpenAI, Claude, etc.

 

Knowledge of prompt engineering or AI-assisted design.

 

Experience with Google ADK or similar agentic AI frameworks.

 

Hands-on work with open-source AI tools or personal AI projects.

 

Experience with at least one additional backend language such as JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js), Java, or similar.

 

Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, async programming, SQL/NoSQL databases, Git, and CI/CD.

 

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, GCP or Azure).

 

Self-motivated, proactive learner excited by new technologies.

 

Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset.

 

Ability to work independently and in small teams.

 

Qualifications

 

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a reputable institution.

 

Experience

 

3–6 years of strong Python development experience.

 

Practical experience integrating external AI/LLM services and APIs to deliver AI-driven backend applications.
