Kavtech Solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced Python Developer to join its dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about backend development and cutting-edge AI technologies. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services, particularly using Python and FastAPI.

Key responsibilities include working with asynchronous programming for high-performance systems, integrating backend systems with cloud platforms like AWS and GCP, and maintaining distributed systems involving message queues. The candidate will also work on integrating speech APIs (Deepgram, AssemblyAI, Azure Speech, ElevenLabs) and telephony APIs such as Twilio to enhance the product features. Involvement with AI agent workflows and close collaboration with frontend, AI/ML, and product teams is essential for delivering seamless end-to-end solutions.

Candidates must possess strong experience in FastAPI, cloud technologies, distributed architecture, and must demonstrate excellent debugging, communication, and client-handling skills. A background in leading teams and a proven adaptability to new tools and technologies are highly desirable.
