As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchaser to join our team and ensure smooth procurement operations across all ongoing and upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, furnishings, and finishes as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance.
- Prepare and maintain purchase orders, vendor databases, and inventory records.
- Monitor market trends, evaluate supplier performance, and obtain competitive quotations.
- Work closely with the design and operations teams to align purchases with project specifications and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and cost control measures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant purchasing experience in the interior, architecture, or fit-out industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) — ERP or procurement software knowledge is a plus.
- Own conveyance preferred.
