Responsibilities:

• Regular vendors visit to verify the order processing and resolve their day to day issues for material and quality.
• To ensure on-time delivery, VDN and claim management as per assigned targets
• Responsible for overall purchases of electrical, mechanical, stationery items, grocery Items , furniture items etc
• Assist seniors within purchase department to Identify new vendors
• Supervise the Process audit of vendor officer / Sr. Vendor officer
• To assist Dy. Manager Purchase in new product development
• To initiate purchase order creation and follow up with support staff within purchase dept.
• Review purchase reports and make daily plans
• Weekly reports of pending orders to the line manager
