Requirements

Age: 30 – 35 years

Education: O/A Levels with at least a Bachelor’s degree (required)

Experience: 3–4 years in Public Relations, Client Relations, or Communication roles

Preferred Background:

Experience in UAE, BPO sector, or UK/USA-based firms

Call center experience is a strong advantage

Key Responsibilities

Handle client inquiries related to business setup and government services in the UAE

Guide clients through processes such as:

Company formation

Tax registration

Visa processing

Bank account opening

Legal documentation & compliance

Prepare and submit documentation to relevant UAE government portals

Maintain prompt, accurate, and professional communication with clients

Stay updated on UAE regulations, Freezone policies, and immigration laws

Collaborate with internal departments for smooth client onboarding

Ensure high levels of confidentiality, accuracy, and client satisfaction

Skills Required

Excellent interpersonal and client-handling abilities

Professional, organized, and detail-oriented

Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
