Job Summary:

We are seeking a Public Relations Officer (PRO) to oversee communication and liaison efforts with government, semi-government, and local authorities during the hospital’s commissioning and operational phases. The PRO will report to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and play a crucial role in administrative support, stakeholder coordination, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies to secure approvals and ensure compliance.
• Assist the COO in administrative tasks and daily operations.
• Prepare and submit reports on liaison activities, licensing, and operational progress.
• Represent the hospital in meetings with government authorities and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements for TDC Karachi, coordinating with government, semi-government, and specialized agencies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in healthcare or non-profits.
• Experience in liaising with government (provincial & federal) and local authorities.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
