Key responsibilities include:
Preparation of procurement strategy document
Vetting of commercial clauses of RFP/RFQ.
Preparation of comparative statements of commercial bids.
Computation of item-wise lowest commercial quotes.
Preparation of price bench marks.
Comparative analysis of quotes with the price bench marks.
Loading / off-loading on commercial bids.
Calculation of duties and taxes.
Identifying / noting commercial observations / findings.
Preparation of commercial evaluation reports.
Price negotiations with bidders.
Finalization of recommendations for award of work.
Vetting commercial terms & price schedules of contracts
Ensure budgetary compliance.
Ensure compliance to procurement SOPS.

• Preference will be given to candidates having
experience in ERP environment.
• Headquarters
The incumbent must have:
• Advanced degree in Finance, ACCA, ACA,ACMA or MBA Finance.
• At-least 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis and report writing.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
