Sarena Textile Industries is looking for Psychologist.
Person will be responsible:
To assist the line manager during hiring process to select the right candidate as per company culture.
Assist the HR department in implementing the training modules and evaluating management and non-management employees by conducting tests/interviews.
Assist in handling grievance cases and coordinate with employees related to their cases for positive outcome.
Ability of conduct personality test and human behavior attitude.
Qualification: BS/MS psychology
Experience: Fresh to 2 years
