This on-site role involves crafting compelling proposals to secure freelance projects, optimizing platform profiles, and contributing to business growth. If you have a strong understanding of freelancing platforms and can write persuasive, customized proposals, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Proposal Writing: Develop personalized, engaging, and persuasive proposals tailored to client needs.

• Profile Optimization: Regularly update and enhance profiles to showcase skills, achievements, and portfolio.

• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, client needs, and freelancing best practices.

• Performance Tracking: Analyze bidding outcomes and conversion rates to improve success rates.

Required Skills:

✔ Excellent written communication skills.
✔ Strong understanding of freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.).
✔ Proven ability to write customized, engaging proposals.
✔ Analytical mindset to evaluate project requirements and bidding strategies.
✔ Experience in client relationship management is a plus.

• Location: Bahria Town, Lahore

• Office Timings: 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday
