Description:
Netwrk FZ LLC is seeking a proactive and organized Full-Time Property Management Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day operations for short-term rental properties. This role involves managing listings, coordinating operations, guest communications, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth property management and guest satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesListing Management
- Create, update, and optimize property listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and other platforms
- Maintain accurate property details, photos, pricing, and descriptions
- Monitor performance and suggest improvements to increase bookings
Operational Coordination
- Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and other operational staff
- Ensure properties are ready for guest arrivals and departures
- Track inventory, schedules, and operational checklists
Guest Communication
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Manage pre-arrival and post-stay communications
- Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure positive reviews
Administrative Support
- Maintain records, trackers, and reporting dashboards
- Support the property management team in promotions, campaigns, and operational projects
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks to enhance property management efficiency
Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable using booking platforms, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, and other communication tools
- Previous experience in hospitality, Airbnb/short-term rental management, or VA work preferred
