Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Update and maintain CRMs, Google Sheets and other databases
- Upload listings to portals and schedule property viewings, inspections, and certifications
- Manage inboxes and data entry with high attention to detail
Tenant Communication & Support
- Answer tenant queries via email or phone
- Maintain logs of communications and escalate issues where needed
Lettings Coordination
- Assist with lettings paperwork and operations including renewals and check-in/out documentation
Compliance & Maintenance
- Monitor property compliance schedules
Miscellaneous
- Social media management and group engagement
- Reporting and rent check updates
Required Skills & Experience
- 2 - 4+ years in a real estate support or property management assistant role
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Solid grasp of UK rental laws, ASTs, and compliance requirements
- Comfortable using CRMs, listing portals, and document sharing platforms
- Highly organised, self-driven, and capable of independent work
- Able to work UK or US business hours, depending on placement
