Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Site Admin located in the Peshawar Division. The Project Site Admin will manage administrative tasks at the project site, including organizing documentation, coordinating communications, maintaining records, and supporting staff in their daily operations. Responsibilities will also include ensuring compliance with company policies, providing logistical support, and liaising with project teams to streamline workflows.

Qualifications
 

  • Administrative skills, including document management, scheduling, and organizational abilities
  • Strong communication and coordination skills .
  • Ability to work on-site in Peshawar Division and manage operational tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail, multitasking capabilities,
  • Prior experience in project site administration ..
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred
