Project Operation Lead- Sindh
Location: Karachi
 
Position Summary
 
The Project Operation Lead– Sindh will be responsible for leading and managing regional operations, ensuring operational excellence, strengthening service delivery, and driving field performance in alignment with organizational objectives. The role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, strategic planning, and people management capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee operational activities across Sindh region.
Ensure smooth execution of operational strategies and field activities.
Monitor KPIs, operational targets, and service delivery performance.
Strengthen coordination between regional and head office teams.
Supervise field operations, team performance, and compliance standards.
Analyze operational data and prepare management reports for strategic decision-making.
Identify operational gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure effective utilization of organizational resources and operational efficiency.
Support leadership in strategic planning and expansion initiatives.
Maintain strong engagement with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in field operations and operational management, preferably in healthcare, NGO, or development sector.
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Health, Healthcare Management, Social Sciences, or a related field
Proficient in Urdu, Sindhi and English
Proven experience in managing large-scale field teams and multi-site operations.
Strong understanding of operational planning, execution, and performance management.
Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation capabilities.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage operational challenges effectively.
Proficiency in operational monitoring, KPI management, and process improvement initiatives.
Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and operational compliance.
Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities within tight timelines
