Project Manager

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role in Karachi as a Project Manager. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering multiple projects that are both on time and within budget. You will lead the projects through the entire lifecycle, including planning, implementation, and monitoring progress, in addition to ensuring successful delivery.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Project Management, Engineering, or Business Administration
• At least 7 years' experience managing large-scale projects, ideally in the Energy and Power sector
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive project success
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or Trello
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and conflicting priorities to achieve project goals
• Ability to work well under pressure and deliver high-quality results within strict timelines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• PMP, Prince 2 certification or equivalent are a plus but not mandatory
