Project Manager

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead the development of our Intranet Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SharePoint and experience in developing and launching intranet portals for a variety of applications, including job portals, onboarding, government relations, and medical insurance.

Responsibilities:

Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.

Define and prioritize product features and roadmaps based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

Communicate product vision and strategies to internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and senior leadership.

Work with engineering and design teams to ensure that products are developed on time and within budget, while meeting the high standards of quality and user experience.

Drive the product launch and go-to-market strategy, working with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute campaigns that effectively communicate the value of the products to target audiences.

Continuously gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product roadmap and make data-driven decisions.
