We are looking for an organized, proactive, and experienced Project Manager to join our eBook division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple book projects, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete lifecycle of eBook projects from initiation to delivery.
Coordinate between Sales, Content, Design, Formatting, Editing, and Publishing teams.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines.
Ensure projects move smoothly through each production stage.
Communicate project updates, requirements, and concerns to relevant stakeholders.
Identify delays, bottlenecks, and project risks and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain project trackers and provide regular progress reports.
Ensure client requirements and project specifications are properly communicated to production teams.
Monitor quality and ensure deliverables meet company standards.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining priorities.

Requirements
1–2+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in an eBook, publishing, ghostwriting, or digital agency environment.
Strong coordination and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and project management tools.
Previous experience working with international clients will be a plus.
Experience in the eBook / Publishing industry is highly preferred.
