Position Overview:
Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi (ITA) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of education programs focused on Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL), foundational learning, and school improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) and foundational learning
• Experience in teacher professional development and education project management
• Experience in stakeholder coordination and monitoring & evaluation
• Knowledge of financial management within development projects
• Experience managing education projects, including school rehabilitation and teacher capacity-building, will be an advantage
• Experience with donor-funded education or development programs preferred
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and report-writing abilities
