🚀 We're Hiring: Project Manager – Business Support Services
At Murkez Technologies, we're looking for a delivery-driven Project Manager who owns outcomes, communicates with clarity, and keeps every project on track — from kickoff to closure.
 
What you'll own:
End-to-end delivery of Business Support Services projects — timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and quality
Acting as the sole point of contact for assigned clients across all communications and reviews
Daily progress tracking to ensure SLAs and commitments are consistently met
Proactive risk identification, escalation management, and mitigation planning
Full project documentation — plans, meeting notes, approvals, and status reports
 
What we're looking for:
10+ years of project management experience in a services or outsourcing environment
Proven track record of managing end-to-end client projects as a single point of contact
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project or similar PM tools
Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills
Background in BPO, shared services, or professional services is a strong advantage
PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
